Cinco de Mayo is next Sunday, and what’s Cinco De Mayo without guacamole? I guess plain old May 5th. So here’s my guacamole recipe. It’s based on Ina’s recipe, except I use lime juice instead of lemon juice. This recipe makes 1 1/2 cups, so you may want to double it for a party. Make this and my salsa recipe and you’re all set.
