I’ve been on a greek yogurt kick lately. I love the thick consistency and that it’s a great source of protein. The other day I had a big lunch and didn’t feel like fixing dinner – so I used greek yogurt to make a Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie – yum! I’m thinking this may become a habit!
It couldn’t be easier. Just put 6oz plain non-fat greek yogurt, 1 1/2 cups strawberries, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1 tsp honey and 1/2 tsp of lime juice into a blender and Voila!! Makes 2 cups.
