No one is wishy-washy about Brussels Sprouts. People either love them or hate them. I love them. This is my new favorite way to prepare them. It’s so easy it’s hardly a recipe!
Just toss them in olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon zest. Spread them on a sheet pan and roast. I recommend making a big batch of these – I kept popping them like a snack and almost didn’t have enough for my photo shot!
